Once upon a time there was a beat-em-up game that dripped heavily of the style of the NES classic River City Ransom. This game was modeled after the epic graphic novels of Bryan Lee O'Malley and followed the quest of lovelorn Scott Pilgrim as he battled the 7 evil exes of Ramona Flowers. The Edgar Wright comedy film took the tale to a new level but the heart of it existed on the PS3 and Xbox 360, but in digital form only. After being taken down it remained in the gaming ether until Limited Run Games made the announcement so many gamers had hoped for.
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game was coming to a physical release for PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch--AND there was a mega collector's set called the KO Edition.
Join us, Nerdlings, as we dive into this beast of a set from a branded attache case to the etched drumsticks and logo rocking guitar picks. Soundtracks--that's right, two of them from Anamanaguchi's fantastic music! A strategy guide from Prima themselves! And a LED light show to kick of the adventures of our heroes Scott Pilgrim and Ramona Flowers who are also joined by Kim Pine, Stephen Stills--and in this set, the DLC fighters Knives Chau and Wallace Wells.
