Neosho ArtCon is a fantastic local convention put on by the Neosho Arts Council where you can experience an eclectic showcase of artist, writers, creators, cosplayers and more! Vendors with some really great piece and those homemade crafts and one-of-a-kind art pieces make for memorable collectibles. So many cool costumes on hand and the people are some of THE friendliest you'll ever meet and all of them happy and willing to nerd out with you about the fandoms we all share and adore!
