On Father's Day we honor those who step into the roles that guide us and ultimately help to set us on the paths in our lives. Sharing a bit of personal history here, Tom looks back on his dad of whom he lost back in 1995, but also shares how, in 2017, when he had officially lived longer than his own father, he dedicated a day to the man that had come before. This day became known as the day his dad never got.
We wanted to share this with you all to show just one way to keep someone's memory alive. A way to honor them and share their legacy. And as a reminder that we're not guaranteed any amount of time, so make the best of it while we have it. But even when it's gone, those memories can live on forever.
